How it works

Connect. Define the rules. Watch it work.

Setting up WALLIOO takes three moves. After that, every interaction — an employee typing into ChatGPT or an agent calling a tool — goes through the same five steps, in real time.

Set up in three moves

One model for every AI, platform and tool.

1

Connect

Choose what to govern: employee AI through Browser Guard, agents and apps through Gateway, business systems through catalog connectors.

2

Define the rules

Start from ready-made policy packs, adjust them in plain WHEN / THEN language, and test them in monitor-only mode before enforcing.

3

Monitor

See usage, decisions and approvals in WALLIOO Control, and stream the audit trail to your SIEM.

Every interaction, five steps

From interaction to decision in real time.

01

Identify context

Who or what is acting, where the interaction is going and which tool or action is requested.

02

Inspect

Content or structured fields are checked for sensitive information — in the browser for employee text, in the Gateway for agents and apps.

03

Decide

The policy engine evaluates your organization’s rules and selects the outcome.

04

Enforce

Allow, block, mask, transform — or pause for a human approval.

05

Record

A structured event captures the decision without keeping the sensitive content.

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

Is WALLIOO an AI governance platform?

WALLIOO focuses on runtime control: enforcing your security and governance rules while AI interactions happen. It complements broader governance, risk and compliance tools rather than replacing them.

Does WALLIOO replace DLP?

No. WALLIOO applies data protection specifically inside AI workflows, where it can keep the conversation useful. Enterprise DLP covers many more channels.

Does WALLIOO store prompts?

No. Messages are checked in the browser and WALLIOO Control stores metadata only — never message content or responses. The real values a company tool needs are kept in memory for up to two hours and never written to disk; the history of a user’s own conversations is encrypted on their device.

Can WALLIOO control every AI tool in our company?

WALLIOO enforces policy wherever a WALLIOO control point is deployed — in the browser, or on traffic routed through the Gateway. Most organizations start with one and extend coverage step by step.

How long does implementation take?

Browser Guard is live in days. A rollout with Gateway and catalog connectors typically takes about three weeks from kick-off to enforced policies.

Can we start small?

Yes — that’s the recommended path. Start with a 30-day Browser Guard trial for one team, or one agent integration, and extend the same policy model as adoption grows.

AI adoption shouldn’t mean giving up control.
